I’m writing a blog Ya’ll!!
1st Let me apologize in advance, I have no idea what I’m doing or what direction I’m going to take this. Matter of fact I literally came up with this idea TODAY….. just a few hours ago. Let me start by introducing myself; my name is Kalia Bell. I’m creating this blog to record my path on this healing journey as I grow from the woman that I am today, into the woman I want to become. I’m finding myself as a woman, wife, mom and child of God at the age of 41. I’m creating the life I’ve been journaling about all these years in real time. Why Not? One of the rules on this journey is “No excuses, just do it”. Earlier today I had a thought ‘I think I might want to start a blog’ and just a few hours later… here we are. We have this saying in my entrepreneur community “Do it ugly”. Meaning; just do it. No matter what it might look like at first just take a start, you have no idea where that start will lead you. I have to be honest, this blog will start off ugly but I promise if you rock out with me, my growth will not only shine through my site; but within myself as well. As I stated earlier, I have no clear direction for this blog, I do want to give you a quick snapshot of my world which may be able to give you an idea of where I am currently in life:
I’m a wife: 19yrs together, 10yrs married to THE Kevin Bell
I have 3 children- Kierra (23), Kevin Jr. (16), Karter (9) and 1 borrowed daughter Gyniah (23)
I’m currently in the process of building a brand and jumping into the entrepreneurship pool.
I LOVE GOD with my entire soul. I’m growing into the woman he wants me to be so I can follow the path he has designed for me.
I’M ROOTING FOR EVERYBODY BLACK.
I love food, I love cocktails, I love good vibes and positive energy.
