Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any dirt, sweat, deodorant stains or marks of any kind will void item from being returnable.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thebellbrand.net If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once your item is received, allow up to 5 days processing to inspect the product. Once a product has been inspected and deemed eligible for return, a refund will be issued. Refund speed is determined by your bank.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the high demand of our products, we cannot guarantee the item you would like in exchange will be in stock. For exchanges, if your item is out of stock, you can choose store credit to use for a different item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
